Empire Cannabis is a licensed adult-use dispensary on Pike Street in Port Jervis, where the Delaware River bends past three states and the Port Jervis Line ends.
Where three states meet
Port Jervis is a river town at the end of the commuter line. We opened Empire for the people who live in the valley and the commuters who ride the line home every night: a small, well-chosen menu, a crew that knows it, and no hurry.
Everything on our shelves is grown by licensed New York producers and lab-tested under state rules before it reaches the counter.

The shop
Empire is a counter you can walk up to. The menu is small on purpose, the crew knows every product on it, and nobody rushes you. Come in with a question or come in knowing exactly what you want.
Order ahead on the ride in and pick up at the counter, pull up curbside, or take your time in the shop. Either way you leave with something chosen for you, not just handed over.
